Art Motile gave its first presentation at Trans Artists in Amsterdam on the 24th of June 2011. The workshop presented information on Spanish artist in residency (AIR) programmes to an audience of artists and art professionals interested in the possibilities on offer in Spain.

As well as detailing some of what is happening now in the Spanish AIR scene, the workshop gave a history of the development of AIR programmes in Spain to provide a context for the current situation. The talk represented the first tangible collaboration between Art Motile and partners Trans Artists, and more events are currently in the works.
