Joya: arte + ecología is an artists' residency in Andalucía. The ‘art and ecology’ part of their name comes from their environmental agenda, which involves living sustainably as the first step in an ecological pilgrimage with positive change in our environment as its goal. La Fragua is a non-profit cultural organisation conceived with the purpose of developing dynamic visual arts in a rural environment. Its international artist residency is housed in the historical Convent of Santa Clara in Belalcázar, Spain.
