The call is addressed to artists from any artistic discipline who have developed a project as residents of Bilbao Arte Foundation before 2011. The scholarships are intended to boost the production of individual proposals for these artists, with a commitment on the part of the artists that the works will be carried out in the months indicated.

The Bilbao Arte Foundation maintains solid relations of cooperation with other European and American centres of artistic production that enable resident artists to develop their projects in other institutions, to know different cultures and build contacts with various agents in the communities participating in the exchanges.

The scholarships will cover the round trip travel expenses, and will also provide €1,500 per project selected for maintenance expenses. The apartment and studio will be provided by the Kunsthaus Bregenz.

Deadline:

June 22nd 2012.
