ABOUT THE RESIDENCY:

Since 1990, C.A.C. Piramidón has been reinventing the concept of an art gallery. It is an art centre designed as a space for artists where both creativity and its diffusion converge as equals. Piramidón gives priority to the display and solvency of the artist's work, contributing to that end with the necessary stability for the artist´s development. After passing a stringent selection process, the artists come to work at one of the centre's seventeen studios. In addition, one of their studios is designed to host artists who are residing outside of Barcelona, and in most cases artists from other countries.
